hp pavillion all in one 24-b223w
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hp pavillion wont load windows it's a windows issue according to warranty tech who said not a warranty issue needs windows reinstalled and computer wiped clean . I do not have recovery disk, I do have windows on a flash drive that I am trying to use to reinstall windows 10. I'm not sure the process I've been trying to do it from boot menu  but when I select the usb drive with the scan disk it doesnt go past loading screen then black. Would greatly appreciate some assistance as I cannot afford to bring it somewhere as I've been laid off like many ppl.

@Paslode350s

I'll try to address your issues ...

First, you don't have a recovery disk because OEMs stopped including them when Windows 8x came out  -- years ago.

Second, what OEMs did in place of that is provide your a utility to make your OWN recovery media -- but clearly, you have to do that BEFORE you need to do a recovery

You said you are trying to boot from Win10 media on a USB stick and that is not working -- but I don't understand your comment about using a "scan disk" to select that drive.  Usually, you press the F9 key to get a Boot Devices menu and you then select the USB stick in that menu.

Are you saying you are not getting that menu?

Are you getting the menu and able to select the USB stick but that does not get beyond a loading screen?

We can proceed when you provide the information.
Thanks
