Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi All,

 

I have one question regarding hp z420.

I try to install win 7 x64 on this workstation and I got error during installation ‘mass storage drivers not found’ and in win setup I can’t find the hard disk.

I have checked in bios and there hard drive is existed.

Also I searched on google and did some shown in videos, but it doesn’t works.

 

What can I do ?

Hi:

 

See if the storage controller drivers that I zipped up and attached below work for you.

 

I don't know which folder in the driver has the exact drivers you need, so try them both.

 

Download and unzip the file to its folder.  Copy the folder to a USB flash drive.

 

When you get to the window in your screenshot, select the Load Driver option and browse to the folder you copied to the USB flash drive. Inside the main folder are two driver folders.   Open the first one and if you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

 

If that one doesn't work, try the second folder.
