Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I Watched A Couple Youtube Videos Where The Guy Told Me To Enter Troubleshoot Basically Pretend You're Going To Install A Driver Look For System 32 Change The Utilman And CMD. FastForward I Put The Ultilman File Back But Couldn't Find The Cmd So I Updated Windows Now When I Looked For The CMD It Was Something Else But I Remembered The Icon So Even Though It Didn't Say CMD I changed the name. Now My CMD Won't Pull Up Only Way It Comes Up Is On The TroubleShoot Screen. How Do I Get My CMD Back? I Did That SFC/Scannow nothing. Pc health say everything good.
