I disabled the USB ports on my all in one pc. I tried removing the battery from the motherboard for about 10 minutes and it’s still disabled

Hello,

 

You can check it on bios : 

 

Please try to do F10 starting you PC after that you go to : 

Adavanced ==> Port Option ==> and able the  usb port icon after that save  changes  and exit from Main Menu 

Laptop will restart and your usb port will be able 

Please check under Device Manager in Ports icon ( if you don't find the driver ) 

You should install it " Intel Active Management Teechnology "
