Hi @Slim40,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

No worries, this is fixable! If you accidentally removed your keyboard and mouse from your HP All-in-One PC (Intel Core i7), it likely means they were unpaired or disconnected. Here’s how to get them working again:

Step 1: Identify Connection Type

  • Wireless (Bluetooth or USB dongle):
    • Check if your keyboard and mouse use a USB receiver. If yes, plug it back into the PC.
  • Bluetooth:
    • You’ll need to re-pair them in Windows settings.

Step 2: Reconnect via Bluetooth

  1. On your PC, go to:
    • Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Add Device → Bluetooth.
  2. Put your keyboard and mouse in pairing mode
    • Usually, by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button or power button until the LED blinks.
  3. Select them from the list and pair.

Step 3: If They Use HP Link-5 USB Receiver

Step 4: Update Drivers

Step 5: If Nothing Works

  • Use a wired USB keyboard and mouse temporarily.
  • Perform a hard reset:
    • Power off → Unplug → Hold power button for 15 sec → Restart.
