My HP mail , emails come in, but when i reply they sit in the outbox, can anyone help me with this, I think it has to be in the settings?

Which email client/agent you are using ? HP does not give customers any HP email address, only employees can have one.

 

Please try

 

  • Open Out box,
  • Select an email,
  • Click send (again).

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately it didn't work, I am using the HP mail that came with the computer, it was deleted and then re installed but for some reason replies to my emails just sit in the outox.

I don't believe HP gives HP email for customer. Is that an email from your printer?  Please contact HP directly to work out. Working on this forum more than 10 years now, using few HP machines (loan and own) but have not receive something like this
