Product: Pavilion h8-1160t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Javascript error occured in the main process.  Uncaught exception error: error parsing configuration file.

 

I have HughesNet and this error is causing my Status Meter to not load.  I called HughesNet and they said that HP would have to update Javascript on my computer.  I need help!  Can ot contact aanyone at HP.  I am 70 years old and am completely lost!

@berrygirl, welcome to the forum.

 

Here is a thread from another Forum that appears to be the Solution to your problem.  I wish there was a simpler solution, but it doesn't appear to be a simple problem.

 

If you have problems with doing what it says, you may want to ask someone you know who can help.
