Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Realize this has been discussed as a CPU issue; and the fix.  Mine I can't find.  Five windbg dumps have ID the package as 'contributing factor' to black screen crashes.  PROB:  I can't find the named culprit!  Have line-by-line searched 150 entries in TASK MANAGER, and is not there.  Tasked Co-Pilot, did not find it.  Where might I look to find this elusive product?  HP Pavilion desktop TP001-3000i.
