The on board diagnostics tell me there is no hard drive installed on my computer. This happened after i had a very brief power outage during a recent storm.

Give the full version of windows

for windows 10 type winver in the search box
if you give the best information

You don't necessarily need the same model
You can look at the features, and buy a similar one, from another brand if you want.

If you have an HDD, you may even be able to replace it with an SSD.
