I am using the HP Envy x360 2-in-1 laptop. I have two user accounts on it, but only one of them had administrative power. One of them was for personal use and one was for school. The one with the admin power is the personal one and I am not able to log in to the email. I have tried closing the account, but it's not working. And I can't activate the built-in admin account because it needs permission from the one I cannot log into. So I was wondering if there is any advice or any way for HP to help me resolve this situation. Because I have been trying to contact Microsoft and I haven't been getting any response.
NB, when I tried to sign in to the account with the sign-in helper, it said that my account was blocked for too many incorrect passwords, and I should change my password, I've changed my password around 10 times already, and it's still not working, so I've already tried that.

Hi @Zedaine_4,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for explaining your situation clearly — it's understandably frustrating to be locked out of your admin account on your HP Envy x360, especially when Microsoft account recovery isn't helping.
Option 1: Recover Microsoft Account Properly
If you're locked out of the Microsoft account tied to the admin user:
- Go to the official Microsoft Account Recovery page.
- Follow the instructions and provide as much accurate info as possible (e.g., old passwords, contact emails, recovery codes).
- If you fail this, please try the HP link shared below, which has videos and steps to help you better.
Use: HP PCs - Change or reset the computer password in Windows 10 | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
