Hi guys, i can't reset my PC,
When i do ALL for reset my PC, after to restart i had this message : A problem occurred during reset, nothing changed.
What i need to do ??
And i want reset because my PC sometimes freezing and i can't DO NOTHING, only shutdown by button
The problem i can see with "eventvwr.msc"
Is CatRoot2

I tryed all for RESET
With Windows settings
HP Recovery manager
but nothing please help me fast, thanks !

Hello, first do you have tried to repair Windows?? For this you can enter "cmd" in your Windows search bar, and right clic in "command prompt" for execute in administrator. Enter this command and tell me result:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
For the reinstallation, do you have tried with the option to delete all your datas, or just keeping your datas?? And do you have a Recovery Media to try??
If any work you can execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.
