I can't download zoom and I need it for school

I need to download zoom for school and interviews. Every time I try, I get blocked since zoom is not a windows app. It tells me to change my app preferences in my settings but I do not know how to do that

My guess, since you did not mention it, is that you are making the mistake of using Edge to do the download, right?

That is a major mistake because MS has put all kinds of limitations on Edge users.

My suggestion is to try a different browser, like Firefox or Opera or Vivaldi -- I use ALL of these and have no problems downloading anything I want.
