Hi @zhanylsyn,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!

As I understand you are having issues with the hotkeys not working on your HP Pavilion all in one PC,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Did you attempt to reinstall the keyboard drivers from device manager?

When was the last time they worked? Did you attempt a system restore?

While you respond to that, here’s the step by step guide for you:

Let's start off by uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard drivers from Device Manager:

Please right-click on start>select device manager>Expand Keyboards>Right-click on the listed drivers and uninstall them. Then restart the computer and check again if the issue is fixed.

  1. Click the Start button, then click Run.

  2. In the Run window, next to Open, type MSCONFIG.

  3. Press the ENTER key.

  4. In the System Configuration Utility window, click the Startup tab.

  5. On the Startup tab, under Startup Item, ensure that there is a check in the HKserv checkbox.

NOTE: If HKserv is missing, reinstall the Hot-Key Utility application by Clicking here

For Windows drivers: Click here (ignore the ads, 3rd party link has been sent to ensure your issue is fixed, I'm going beyond my way to help you and if you would like to give me virtual high five, Click on the purple thumbs up )

I would also suggest you update the Bios, and Chipset drivers on your PC from our HP Support website, using this link.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

If the above doesn't help, please create another User account as suggested earlier and try again.

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

That'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.

See: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-wireless-elite-desktop-keyboard-and-mo...

The download is a '.zip' file.

After downloading it, right-mouse-button-click on the file, and choose "Extract All" to create a folder with some files.

Try these files, to support your keyboard's "hot-keys".
