I can´t update my clock and date

OK, so which is the problem:

1) can't retain local date and time after set

2) can't manually set local date and time

 

For both of these, you right-click on the taskbar on the date/time display and select Adjust date/time.

 

When the Window opens, check both Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically.  To manually set the date/time, the first must be OFF.
