When I try to boot up I go straight to system recovery but no options work. Where do I go from here

Give the full name with the product number P / N


this is not a model:
HP Desktop M01-F1xxx
the requested product number must look like this
Product Number: 9EE50AA # ABA
the model corresponding to this number will therefore be
HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb

Give the full version of windows

for windows 10 type winver in the search box
if you give the best information
your problem could have a solution more quickly (depending on the difficulty, of course)

Assuming the screen refereed to as system recovery is the Windows 10 blue screen, then you probably need the install media to do any further attempts.

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB. Use this new media to do any further attempts at repair by booting to this new media on the problem PC.  Pick "Repair your computer" from the opening screen.  On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore.  If none of those work either, then you can install Windows 10 from this new media.
When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue. It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
