I have an OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-1xxx with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G and a Hana 8876 motherboard and I'm using Windows 11. My BIOS version in System Information says AMI F.11 from 8/27/2021. I have tried using the HP Smart Assistant AND downloading a BIOS update directly from the internet, but every time I hit the update button and the download completes, my computer freezes during installation. My HP Smart Assistant app is now saying my BIOS is up to date but System Information is still showing me F.11 from 2021.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG I'VE BEEN AT THIS FOR DAYS

I am doing this to play Call of Duty. I was able to successfully update to  AMI F.23 8/27/2023, but Call of Duty requires AMI F.24. My TPM Manufacturer is AMD version 3.94.0.5. I need the F.24 update to change the version to 3.94.5.5 but my computer says it's up to date and no update for F.24 is found.

thank you for the response. someone was able to send me a link with the f.24 update even though it didn’t show up in my available updates. I’m successfully on f.24 according to my bios but i don’t believe it’s fully integrated because i am unable to activate secure boot now. so i get past the bios screening for cod, but the secure boot is now my problem.
