Hi:

 

The product specs for your PC indicate that it came with W10 Home.

Your screenshot shows that you are trying to activate W10 Enterprise.

 

You would need to reinstall your W10 Enterprise product key in order to activate the installation.

 

Otherwise, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall the original W10 Home OS, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
