Good morning.
Good morning. My computer has been stuck in automatic repair preparation mode or blue screen for over 2 weeks. We tried to redo the Windows 10 system because it had a lot of bugs. However, I can't do it because the computer doesn't read USB sticks. In addition, I cannot access the BIOS because I do not know its password which is requested. I've been going around in circles ever since and I'm at the end of my rope, overwhelmed and I'm sad not to find a solution and that saddens me. Please help me!!! Help!
