HP Recommended

I need to know where exactly to plug in the mouse button. There is no holes that ressemble the mouse cable on the hp screen and the only two holes that fits I tried them both and now I don’t know what to do

In general the mouse and keyboard will plug into the PC, not the monitor.  Unless they are wireless, then it is done with another method, depending on the mouse and keyboard.  Assuming this setup is new to you, please post the model numbers of the Dell PC and the HP monitor and the mouse and keyboard make and model numbers.
