Product Name: HP Envy 23 TouchSmart All-In-One PC.
The computer keeps turning off quite often now. I did a system restore using the tools in the system/computer and made sure the space is well ventilated, but it didn't work. I attempted to start the computer once again and the note says " Operating system fails to start and needs to be repaired -. Error code: 0xc0000001. " I was advised to contact PC/Device Manufacturer since I don't have the recovery tools.

@aclhen -- this might be an "overheating" problem.
Since it is an All-In-One, not a desktop, you cannot remove any panel to confirm that the internal fan(s) are working. Instead, use your sense of touch to feel for warm air being exhausted from some vents in your computer, to confirm that the fan is pushing warm air out through the exhaust port.
Does your computer stay "up" long-enough to download/install/run the free version of the SPECCY software?
That software will tell you the temperature of the CPU, the motherboard, and the disk-drive.
Also, it will tell you the speed of the internal fan(s).
P.S. Restart the computer 3 or 4 more times. It is possible that those "consecutive failures" will cause the "Recovery" menu to be displayed, to show some "tools".
