HP Recommended

My computer has crashed and when I use Cloud Recovery Tool on USB it is not re starting, with checks i am not getting the following message, how can restart OR recover data from Sata HD.

The message I keep getting is:

>>Checking Media Presence .................

>>Media Present ................

>>Start PXE over IPV4.

and does not do anything then.

Please help
