hi everyone,

i am really struggling. I have a brand new computer and i am trying to set up wifi from by non-wired broadband service. I keep getting the request to connect the ethernet, however, there is no access to an ethernet where the computer is being set up. can someone please help me.

I have the same problem. I would appreciate advice please. The details are:

Model  TPC-Q054-23
OS Windows 10

Hi, 

You'll need to buy a Wireless USB Adapter & plug it into a USB Port on your AIO computer in order to connect it to your broadband service through WiFi. 

However, initial setup of your new AIO PC would need to be completed by having it connected to a LAN cable before this step.

The other & more expensive option is to buy a power line adapter.
