Greetings @Melody5
You should return the PC ASAP if you see this error displayed at startup on a brand new HP PC. You may have to contact HP Support if the return/exchange period has elapsed.
Is this happening out of the box? Or did you do the initial Windows setup routine?
Did you update drivers or install any new hardware? Remove the new hardware.
The error is a Windows stop code. You should be able to check your PC's hardware as follows:
Disconnect unnecessary peripherals.
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
Let the Forum know how it goes.
