Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a HP all in one pc and i i have Installed windows 7 in it. Windows start but i am not able to install any product in windows. I tried installing chrome and it shows chrome.exe is not a valid win32 application, same for Firefox and also internet explorer shows error in every page . Please help me with a solution.

What is the exact product code?   What OS did it have originally?

Do you know that WIN 7 is not supported since Jan 2020.  Also IE11 is not supported anymore. That is why it is showing errors.

It originally came with windows 7 home basic but somehow recently the windows got corrupted so i tried reinstalling the same but now it is not running correctly and the product is all in one MS14IN. Regarding the IE11, I tried installing chrome in the windows but it is showing it as invalid win32 application.
