What is the exact product code? What OS did it have originally?
Do you know that WIN 7 is not supported since Jan 2020. Also IE11 is not supported anymore. That is why it is showing errors.

It originally came with windows 7 home basic but somehow recently the windows got corrupted so i tried reinstalling the same but now it is not running correctly and the product is all in one MS14IN. Regarding the IE11, I tried installing chrome in the windows but it is showing it as invalid win32 application.
