Windows failed to start .A recent hardware or change might be the cause.To fix the problem:
1.Insert ur windows installation disc and restart ur computer.
2.choose ur llanguage setting and then click next
3. Click repair your computer
if you do not have this device contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

If the problem is on a Windows 7 PC, you can make what is called a repair disk on another Windows 7 PC, and then boot to the repair disk on the problem PC. You can also use a Windows 7 retail install disk, just do not pick install but repair. It does not have to be anything special BUT it has to be the correct repair disk. The 32Bit repair disk is different than the 64Bit repair disk.
Since you sate that Windows 7 is 32Bit, then make sure you have the correct repair disk.
