HP All-in-One PC 24-df1000i (1W762AV)

I bought a used computer and window 11 home single language was preinstalled. windows was not activated. i have install different version of windows but it did not help. i even try hp cloud recovery. still it says we can not activate windows on this device. i try to reactivate if from cmd it say the key is block. i check the in bios is the same as in windows but still it is not activating. some please help me.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

It sounds like the Windows 11 Home product key for your MB is being used on a second PC.

 

Try the following option:

 

To activate Windows 11 by phone:

 

1. Select Start  > Settings  > System  > Activation.

 

2. Under Activate Windows Now section, select Activate by Phone.
