Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a EliteDesk 705 G1 SFF and UI'm wondering if a DVD drive can be added to it?

Yes, you may, but it will have to be an external CD/DVD device, connecting to a USB port on your computer.
