When I try to delete files from the desktop screen on my new Hp All-In-One computer the following error code appears:
0x8007016A: The cloud file provider is not running.
I cannot delete files.
@HeidiH21 -- which "cloud provider" came with your new computer? Microsoft? Apple? Google? HP?
Have you done a first-time "registration" with that provider, and logged-on to access their cloud?
P.S. with your "new" HP computer, you are entitled to 30 days of "free telephone support" from HP. Telephone them for help.
