I keep receiving an update for Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver and when i update it it comes right back. I get an update for it every day. Is there a way to stop receiving it or is it even necessary

From what source are you getting the driver?  Windows update or the HP Support Assistant?

 

See if manually installing the latest Bluetooth driver stops the one you keep getting from installing:

 

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver
