HP All-in-One - 22-c0032ds

I bought this computer at an estate sale ans bought a windows 10 disc to put a new system on it, but I can't get to the BIOS to start. I tried pressing the esc key and the F10 key and the best I get is, in the bottom right corner of the screen it says startup menu, but that's it. Tried hitting the enter key when I saw that in the cirner, but no good. HELP!!

Hi:

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool which will create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

Since you have to use another PC to install the tool on, you will need to enter the product number for your PC to create the recovery media, which is:  3LC30AA#ABA

To boot from the USB flash drive, you immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options, select the F9 boot options menu, select the USB recovery drive and press the Enter key.

The PC should boot from the USB flash drive.
