So I bought a Pc from my cousin last weekend and I reset it so it took a few hours for that, but when I came back to my pc I seen “
A configuration change was requested to enable, activate, clear, enable, and activate the TPM
This action will clear and turn on the computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module)
WARNING: This request will remove any keys stored in the TPM
Press F3 to enable, activate, clear, enable, and activate the TPM
Press F4 to reject this change request and continue” and I’ve been trying to press F3 & F4 for almost a week now and nothings working. I have tried multiple USB keyboards, I’ve bought Ps/2 keyboard & mouse converters which still didn’t work and at this point I have no clue what to do… any advice or insight will help.

Can you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on then press F2 to run diagnostics.?
Or press F10 to get into bios and disable TPM?
If no USB keyboards work then try clearing CMOS as described on page 3
Clearing CMOS
1. Turn off the computer and disconnect the power cord from the power outlet.
2. Remove the access panel.
3. On the system board, press and hold the CMOS button for 5 seconds.
4. Replace the chassis access panel and reconnect
