Microsoft Windows 11

After reinstalling the windows for the first time, the PC started having issues, errors, crashing applications/games and blue screens way too often. It worked without such issues on my first 3 years after i bought it, but after reinstalling the windows on an attempt to clean my messy PC, the hell began. Initially on Windows 10, now I did the step up to Windows 11 and it's almost the same, very unstable and unreliable.

Some examples:

- Chrome pages crash ( "Oh Snap") while scrolling/watching videos on a daily basis ( sometimes it's happening almost instantaneously again after a page refresh)

- Discord crashes out of the blue without touching it or being in a call. Watching a share screen raises the crash probability by 100%

- 2 to 4 Blue Screens weekly (no idea what causes them)

- Borderlands 3 crashes after the tutorial/ Wuthering Waves crashes on a daily basis / in general games feel unstable leading often to crashes

I'm not a very good PC guy and my knowledge is super basic... I cannot find any solution and the 'HP PC Hardware Diagnostics' shows that everything's okey when clearly it's not. How can I fix this issue? Does anybody has any reliable software that maybe could find an issue present? I'm starting to become desperate for a solution.
