I don't have the HP Audio control app on my laptop if anyone can help me that would be great

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Download HP Audio Control / Realtek Audio Console

Visit the official HP support page:
Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb1000 Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

Go to Software & Drivers section.

Under Audio, download and install the latest Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.

Restart your laptop.

This should also install HP Audio Control or allow Realtek Audio Console to function.

 

Install HP Support Assistant

This tool can help you automatically install missing drivers or utilities:

Download it from HP Support Assistant

Run it and check for updates or missing utilities
