You have a Ryzen processor only Intel processors can use the Intel RST driver.

That error is usually due to the installation USB is poorly created, has damage, you should use the Microsoft Media Creation tool, and verify that you use GPT or FAT32 partition on the USB.

This is another problem, the installation recognizes the disk, verify that you do not have another disk or USB connected to the USB ports and if it does not work follow the steps in this video.
