first we can not give you an update if we do not know the computer
Then, the computer, being certainly developed under winodws 8 or sometimes 7, there will certainly be no update planned for windows 10 ..
If the bios is not up to date, sometimes a version intended for windows 8 can be installed all the same!
That said, this new update may not be available for all computers yet, and it still has quite a few problems, no need to force it!
nothing says bios will fix your problem
