Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need a copy of KB 2519949 to resolve XP Mode Bulldozer processor issue.  Microsoft no longer offers this fix.

Well, for legal/copyright reasons, I don't think HP stores/keeps Microsoft file(s). But someone may keep it, for example
