Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q140t CTO

I want to make a boot dvd for windows 11- the boot dvd  needs to be dual layer dvd.  my hp NOX22AV#ABA dvd unit, Toshiba installed by hp is CDDVDW SU-208B.  Will it Read/Write dual layer DVDs???  If no, what may be compatible with my NOX22AV#ABA as a replacement dvd r/w dual layer unit?

NOX22AV is invalid. It must be N0X22AV (zero, not letter oh) and CDDVDW SU-208B suports DUAL Layer as mentioned on its specs

I made a mistake on the DVD drive.  It is NOT a SU-208B, It IS a SU-208GB.  Is it a dual layer dvd drive?  My apology for the error.  Thanks for your rapid response to the original question.
