What are the requirements when installing a 4070 graphics card into a 30l omen desktop?

Some of my specs:

RTX 3060 

Ryzen 5000 series

Windows 11

8GB of ram.

 

Can i trade in my 3060 omen desktop for a 4070 omen desktop? i want a 40 series really bad,

If i can please let me know.

Please let me know if the card is too big for the 30l case,

or let me know if there's a smaller 4070 card that can fit in the 30l.
