Hi, I bought this HP laptop Intel Core Windows 11 in 2022 with the preloaded office, but after signing in with a work account, it seems to have lost its activation key and preferred the work account, even after signing out of the work account, is there any way you can get that key for me so I can re-activate it?

HP Recommended

Microsoft 365 is free for 30 days on new systems.   After the 30 days a plan needs to be purchased..

If you subscribed to Office or purchased it outright, the license info (activation) is recorded in your Microsoft account or whatever account you used when Windows was activated..
 
Log into your Microsoft account

Any subscription will be near the top of the page:  Click "View all subscriptions" to access a download or activate.

If you bought it outright look at the bottom of that page. eg:
