Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to find a driver for the camera.
Check if the webcam is detected in device manager
- In Windows, type Device Manager into Search, and then select Device Manager in the search results.
If it is detected, Most HP desktop tower computers do not come with webcam hardware. However, you can connect any USB webcam as long as the computer meets the minimum system requirements for the webcam. When adding a webcam, you should install and use the software that comes with the webcam to avoid possible installation and compatibility problems. If you have an HP webcam, you can download the software from the support site for your webcam model.
You can refer to this HP document for more assistance:- Click here
Let me know how it goes.

My computer HAd A CAMERA integrated into it, I recorded a short clip of me about a year ago, I never intended to use it again until a few weeks ago, and then there is no sign of a camera or any resort for it !... no drive, no nothing. Do you understand my problem now?.

Thanks for the reply.
I appreciate your time and effort.
I understood the issue better now.
-
Disconnect the webcam from the USB port and wait at least 10 seconds.
-
Restart the computer.
-
Wait until Windows fully loads, and then plug the webcam into a different USB port.
-
In Windows, type Device Manager into Search, and then select Device Manager in the search results.
-
Double-click Imaging Devices to expand the list of webcams.
-
Double-click a webcam device. The properties screen displays the Device status.
Figure : Webcam device working properly
-
If there are no Imaging devices, select Action, then Scan for hardware changes.
Figure : Scan for hardware changes
-
If Device Manager does not recognize the webcam after the scan, use Microsoft System Restore to go back to a time when the webcam was working properly.
-
Make sure the webcam drivers and software are compatible with your version of Windows. Go to the webcam manufacturer's website to download and install any driver updates.
-
To automatically resolve several known problems with Windows recognizing the webcam, click the Microsoft Fix it Solution and try using the webcam again.
-
If problems persist, test the webcam on another computer. If the webcam works correctly on another computer, use HP Recovery Manager to restore all the system files back to a time when the webcam was working properly.
Let me know if that helps.
If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others and please give the same public post a Kudos for my efforts to help.
Cheers.

NOOOOOO!!!!!.... I don't have any web camera connected not ever!!!!... THIS MODEL COMES WITH AN INTEGRATED CAMERA, Build-IN CAMERA, with a little hole in the upper center of my monitor. The computer HAD a camera that I once used, but for unknown reasons disappeared from my system. Is it more understandable now, please???????.
I guess that I need to re-installed the driver or something like this. I have been on the HP support and doesn't show the driver for my computer; This is my model and serial number:
YesHP All-in-One - 24-g020 (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)
[personal information removed]
model # V8P00AA
Please read slow my statement and help me.

Thanks for writing back to us.
I understand that it is an integrated webcam and the clarification is appreciated, however, the steps remain the same either way.
If you have already checked and yet webcam is not listed, Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
I am sending you a private message, I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
Cheers.

There is no MAILBOX icon anywhere on my page for your private message. Is becoming very disappointed having no help for a simple troubleshoot like mine. Sorry to tell you this but I've been trying everywhere with HP supports and have nothing in concrete yet.

Hey Sandy. This is my problem
1) I bought the computer year an a half ago in the USA, have no warranty. I'm in Spain now and European HP said they can't provide anything to products bought out of their region. Not even give an estimate for it!.
2) In this USA platform, there is no camera drive available for my "HP All-in-One - 24-g020 (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)". Is not in the list of driver available. So WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THE DRIVER!!???...
Microsoft had been helping me a lot, after 5-6 hours of help they couldn't find the fix... It is definitly the absence of the camera driver. Could anybody help!!!!????
