Thank you for your reply, how do I find my model number? I tried to see how to find it online and I could only find Product number:T6C51UA#ABA and Computer Name: DESKTOP-9J2BLUR are either of those it?

Excellent, "T6C51UA" was the info I needed: HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g133cl (Touch) as per: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=T6C51UA.

 

To update your BIOS -or at least to check if you got the latest BIOS version released by HP, please go to HP's "Software and Driver Downloads" for your laptop: HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g133cl (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer ...:

Then click on: "Detect my drivers" and follow HP's instructions.

 

Please be advised that the easiest way to install a BIOS -and/or driver(s) update, is to use the HP Support Assistant, which you can read about here: Checking for a BIOS update using HP Support Assistant | HP® Customer Support.
