Product: HP ENVY Recline TouchSmart All in One - 27-k300a(ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My PC is HP ENVY Recline TouchSmart All in One - 27-k301d. The response I received from the device is: Hard Drive 1 failure with a given failure ID, and Product ID clearly written.
My question is: Is there a way to rectify this problem? I do not wish to replace the HD as I'm not able to back up my data. I'm currently conversing with you through a different device because I could only get the blue screen in my other PC in question.
All help from the community is appreciated.

If you are able to remove the drive and connect it to a working PC, then you may be able to recover most of the data on it -- depending on how badly it failed.
I have used Runtime's GetDataBack to do data retrieval from failed drives and it works very well.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
