Did system recovery, reinstalled Windows 10 after Automatic Repair LOOP. Computer boots to the sign-in screen for Administrator. Hit ENTER, the error message is The System Cannot Find the Drive Specified.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer, if the built in recovery system didn't work would be to make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool.
If your PC is not working, use another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
