Hi @Oc17, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It looks like your PC is stuck in Safe Mode with Networking, but some essential services might not be running, causing issues like no internet and missing data. Here’s how you can fix it:

Method 1: Disable Safe Mode via MSConfig

  1. Boot into Safe Mode (if not already there).
  2. Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and hit Enter.
  3. Go to the Boot tab.
  4. Uncheck the Safe boot option.
  5. Click Apply > OK, then restart your PC.

If you can't access msconfig or restart normally, try the next method.

Method 2: Use Command Prompt to Disable Safe Mode

  1. Restart your PC and enter Advanced Startup:
    • Hold Shift while clicking Restart from the Power menu.
    • Your PC will reboot into Advanced Options.
  2. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt.
  3. Type the following command and press Enter: bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot
  4. Close the Command Prompt and restart your PC.

Method 3: System Restore

If your PC is still stuck, try restoring to an earlier point:

  1. Boot into Advanced Startup again (hold Shift while clicking Restart).
  2. Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore.
  3. Choose a restore point before the issue occurred and follow the steps.

Method 4: Reset Windows (Without Losing Files)

If nothing works, try a Reset:

  1. Boot into Advanced Startup.
  2. Select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
  3. Choose Keep my files and follow the instructions.

What About Deleted Games?

  • Check if your files are in C:\Users\YourUsername\Desktop or Documents.
  • Some apps/games might need to be reinstalled.
  • If you had Steam/Epic Games, log back in and check your library.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
