I reset my PC. Computer is now stuck on restart loop. Cannot fix

Hi there,

I reset my PC. Unfortunately, after the reset process my computer is now stuck on a restart loop. The computer will not get beyond "OMEN" and "Welcome" before restarting again. 

How can I resolve this issue?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand after a reset the PC is stuck on a restart looping and not able to use it, please try a BIOS Restore and let me know if this helps.

BIOS Restore :
1) Shutdown the computer and keep the  charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.  
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.  
4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK
