Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Cannot find the verisoft access manager app to manually uninstall (not in the uninstall list of the uninstall or change a program manager

Thanks for the quick reply

All instructions tell me to select the verisoft access manager in the uninstall list

This is just the problem

The verisoft A M is not in any uninstall list

When I do a search for verisoft application files and click on them I get "MSVCR70.dll" is missing

Where can I find thid file and where (directory of folder) do I put it

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For further help with this issue, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
