Greetings @WayneAshley

Welcome to the HP Forum.

The startup error you are seeing could be a tough one to fix if you cannot sign in to Windows.

The startup error indicates the Windows kernel has detected critical data structure corruption.

Have you added new hardware, or have you recently updated: drivers or the operating system via Windows Update or HPSA?

Sadly, you may have to temporarily transfer the corrupted operating system drive to a different PC as a data drive.

Then use the host PC to see if you can mount the corrupted system drive so you can copy data from this drive to the host PC or other external media.

What I'm suggesting is; you may have to reinstall W11.

This MS Site provides technical troubleshooting instructions for programmers. The "Resolution" topic at the end of this guide lists some general troubleshooting tips.

You would need access the WinRE to get into safe mode to try the aforementioned troubleshooting tips for a fix.

You could also try other WinRE troubleshooting steps to check for a fix.

- Startup Repair

- Uninstall recent Windows updates

- System Recovery

- Check and repair system files using the Command Prompt

This MS Site provides various ways to get to the WinRE.

You can also check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.

A failing system disk or faulty memory could corrupt the operating system.
