HP ENVY All-in-One - 24-n014 (Touch)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ALL in one had a blue screen and now it cannot boot. I tried resetting it several times but it is not working. I did order a Recovery media (USB) last year, and I was able to reset the PC. BUt I lost the USB, I am trying to order a new one but the webpage is not allowing me to order a new USB Recovery. What should I do?

Hi! I downloaded the HP Cloud Recovery tool, but when I enter the the Product number or serial number, it does not work. I do not have the Product ID. I tried to look it up but it seems that it is not working. This is the information that I have

 
Product Number: M9Z68AA
Serial Number: 3CR5380482
Date Added: 03/07/2020

Unfortunately some models are not supported
If the computer can not receive the cloud recovery, you can use the microsoft media
Then retrieve the available drivers
