While resetting my PC, at the time of reinstalling windows my light went off and the pc was turned off. As a result, windows was not fully installed and am not able to perform some basic operations in my PC. Also am not able to reset my pc again.

When you reset your PC did you request that the personal files be preserved?
(A) If your answer is "YES" then go here and download windows 10 installation medial and install on your pendrive. When powering up select the USB as the boot drive. When the installation menu comes up select an install of either home, pro or whatever OS matches your license and be sure to select the option that preserves documents.
(B) If your answer is "NO" then go here and see if there is a cloud recovery for your system. Be sure to put in the 3 letters after the "#" character. Instructions for the cloud recovery are here
If the is no cloud recover for your system then use step (A) and do a full install of windows 10 or windows 11 if you want.
