Hi dear

Have workstation hp7240 SSF WAS HAVING WINDOWS 7 PREINSTALLED..

I have formated hdd for reason have been infected ...

to install a new win7 ...mouse and kyboard have been desactived  and can not continue installing system..

i m stuck because  have erase the old systeme and can not install the new one..

i tried to use hirens boot with minixp to fix error then i have eror 0x000000A5..

Couldnt do any thing..

please help me..

Hi:

 

You have two options to get around that issue...

 

1. Use a PS/2 KB and mouse instead of USB ones.

 

2. Install W7 via USB flash drive, and use this tool that will automatically put the required USB drivers into your W7 USB installer.
